Bridgman Recruitment Services are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join a busy housing development project in Uttoxeter. The role will involve general site labouring duties to support trades and maintain site standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting groundworkers, bricklayers, and joiners on site

• Keeping the site clean and tidy (sweeping, clearing debris, managing waste)

• Moving and loading/unloading materials

• Assisting with deliveries and site logistics

• Ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times

• Following site instructions from the Site Manager or Supervisor

• Helping set up and dismantle temporary structures (e.g., fencing, signage)

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Previous experience on housing sites (preferred)

• Own PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis)

• Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Punctual and reliable
