Contract Type: Temporary 8week contract (with possibility of extending)
Location: Oswestry
Salary: Dependent on experience
Venn Group are currently recruiting for Bricklayer’s, Labourers, Plasterers, Groundworkers and Multi-skilled Joiners to work on a social housing contract in the Oswestry area.
The successful Bricklayer candidates will be responsible for:
- Carry out any external bricklaying throughout social housing properties
The successful Labourer candidates will be responsible for:
- Carry out cleaning of property and guttering throughout social housing properties
The successful Plasterer candidates will be responsible for:
- Carry out patch plastering, boarding and dry lining throughout social housing properties
The successful Groundworker candidates will be responsible for:
- Carry out installation of 6ft fencers and paths throughout social housing properties
The successful Multi-skilled Joiner candidates will be responsible for:
- Carry out general joinery throughout social housing properties such as replacing kitchen sides, cupboards etc.
- Complete the replacement and repairs to skirting, doors, doorframes and windows
- Carry out small tasks including plumbing, plastering and tiling
The successful candidate will have:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Have experience in role specified (no qualifications required)
