Key Responsibilities:

• Bricklaying Excellence: Execute high-quality bricklaying work in accordance with construction plans, specifications, and industry standards. From foundations to finishing touches, your craftsmanship will play a vital role in creating homes that stand the test of time.

• Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with fellow construction professionals, including architects, engineers, and other tradespeople, to ensure seamless project progression. Your ability to communicate and collaborate will be crucial to the success of our social housing initiatives.

• Adherence to Safety Standards: Prioritize safety on the construction site. Follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Problem Solving: Address challenges that may arise during construction promptly and effectively. Your problem-solving skills will contribute to the smooth flow of our projects.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A background in bricklaying with a focus on social housing projects. Previous experience in constructing residential buildings is highly desirable.

• Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of bricklaying techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.

• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
