Our client, a successful regional build contractor based in Central Scotland, is seeking an experienced Brickwork Supervisor to join their team. With a diverse project portfolio spanning both commercial and residential sectors, this family-owned business operates at the forefront of the Scottish construction industry and has a track record of retaining and developing employees.

As Brickwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Leading and supervising a team of bricklayers.
• Coordinating and allocating resources.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality.
• Identifying defects and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of work progress.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Brickwork Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of brickwork techniques, materials, and construction methods.
• Valid UK driver’s license.
